Hey, I’m Ritika!
I’m a content marketing and integrated communications leader. My background spans writing, information design, multimedia production, event planning, and data engineering.
I work on initiatives across climate, AI, fintech, public affairs, nonprofit, healthcare, enterprise SaaS, and VC. My ideas show up in fundraises, market launches, and moments when the pressure’s on. As a team “stabilizer,” I create conditions for initiatives to scale.
People work with me when they are ready to go bigger.
What shapes my approach more than anything else: martial arts.
I started training at age 8. I never quit—even when I had every reason to.
I became a black belt. Then an instructor. I gained experience running dojo floors. This perspective taught me to value the experiences of every individual.
In terms of my self-employment journey, I didn’t get here by following a straight path. I started freelancing 15 years ago. No roadmap. No rulebook. I problem-solved and figured it out.
Asked a lot of questions. Learned to listen better than I spoke. Finally, I figured out what’s timeless.
Now, I’m just in my zone.
These days, I train differently. Slower. More methodical. Processing more thoughtfully.
It’s about stability, resilience, and timeless first-principles of form.
That discipline carries over into everything I do. It’s what inspired my career path.
What I love about being a professional communicator is that every day is up to me to define. The way we share knowledge is always in a state of flux, steered by trends. The right balance of fast-flexing and stability-driving is critical. Ultimately, success in the profession is always about meeting people where they are…and letting go of our stereotypes, biases, and assumptions.
Write with Ritika is a living lab where I share what I’ve learned and test new ideas.
I enjoy mentoring others to become more creative. The best way to do that is to build in public, imperfectly.
Because “the perfect moment” doesn’t actually exist.
I believe that life is an adventure.
We solve a lot more problems when we learn to expand our ways of being. To see the best in others. To rise to higher standards in ourselves.
